With this $36 saving, you can fix the biggest flaw with your Quest 3 or Quest 3S, as it delivers extra battery life, along with superior comfort, for those long VR sessions. It's been a mainstay on my Quest 3 for good reason, and at this price, it's a bargain VR upgrade.

I called the Kiwi Design H4 Boost Halo Battery Strap for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S headsets an essential device for VR users, with its silicone pads offering improved, secure comfort and its 5,300 mAh capacity delivering nearly 3 hours of additional battery life. It's now one valuable VR accessory to get, but don't be fooled by Amazon's pricing, as the Kiwi Design H4 Boost Halo Battery Strap for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S headsets is originally $99 on the company's website. Battery life woes are gone!

Despite still being the best and most affordable ways to jump into VR and mixed reality, the Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S come with two major flaws: battery life and comfort. These are what left my Quest 3 picking up dust before, but the Kiwi Design H4 Boost Halo Battery Strap fixed this.

Getting just two hours in Meta's VR headsets just doesn't cut it anymore, and waiting another two hours for them to fully charge isn't ideal. With the H4 Boost battery strap, though, I was getting an additional three hours of battery life.

That's a huge advantage when playing games like Batman: Arkham Shadow or Asgard's Wrath 2 (which stands at over 60 hours to beat), along with binge-watching shows on Netflix or using Mixed Reality Link to connect to a Windows 11 PC.

That's five hours of extended VR sessions without being tethered to a cord. Better yet, the H4 Boost Halo Battery Strap gives the headsets a much-needed upgrade in comfort.

Not only do the soft silicone face pads make wearing the Quest 3 and Quest 3S far more comfortable to wear for hours, as the head strap shifts the weight to take the pressure off your face. Plus, it's easy to adjust to find the right fit for your head.

Another perk? Kiwi Design's head strap offers DualFast Power Charging, which simultaneously charges the H4 Boost and the Quest 3.

With a 45W charger, both devices get 22.5W each, and I found that it takes just over two hours to fully charge them. So, double the battery life in the same time it takes to charge the Quest 3 / 3S on its own.

The Kiwi Design Battery H4 Boost Battery Strap has done wonders for my Quest 3, and at a much cheaper price than the likes of the Meta Quest Elite Strap with battery ($129). It does make the headset slightly heavier, but with its secure fit and design, this is barely noticeable.

Now that it's down to its lowest price yet, it's well worth grabbing one of the best Meta Quest 3/3S accessories around. But that's not the only big discount around, so for all things Black Friday 2025, we've got you covered.
