Is there a Babbel free trial?
If you're new to Babbel and want to try it out before you buy, you can get one free lesson per language you try to see if you like the platform's teaching style. You'll need to create an account to get started, which you can do for free through the brand's site or app.
Can I get a Babbel military discount?
Yes, members of the US military (active or retired, as well as their family members) can get 60% off their first 6 months of membership when they verify their status. Does Babbel offer a referral bonus?

Does Babbel offer refunds?
Should you change your mind after purchasing your plan, you've got 20 days from the date of purchase to get in touch with the Babbel team and to get a full refund, no questions asked. You can also ask for a refund after the 20 period ends, but approvals are decided on a case-by-case basis, and you will no longer be entitled to your full refund - any refund total paid will be calculated based on how far through your plan you were when you filed your request.

If you're at college or university and want to save on your language-learning, good news - when you verify your enrolment at a US college via ID.Me, you can get a student discount on both 3 and 12-month Babbel plans, bringing the cost of a yearly plan down by 65% and a 3-month subscription down to just $5.33 a month (that's 75% less than the standard cost, or around $13 saved per month).

Babbel also offers professional discounts to educations and healthcare workers as well as members of the US military, meaning teachers, nurses, professors, first responders, education staff, medical providers and hospital employees alike can all get 60% off a 6-month plan, meaning you'll pay just $6 a month.
