You folks really rise to the occassion when needed. Almost as soon as my last column with your funny tech support stories hit the net, you came back not only with some new stories, but even answered my plea for something, anything on the Boris the Kitty screensaver that one woman whose PC would not run it way back when almost went into appoplexy over.

I appreciate your you-are-the-stupidest-jerk-on-earth comments, but I also really like it when you jump in and try to help out with your own experiences and when we ask for your help. By the way, a lot of you got into the story on creating a modern Psion 5mx and you'll be seeing the fruits of your labors early next year when we publish a follow up to the original story.
