5. How It Works, Continued

Now you're looking at the Harmony Activities screen.

As you can see in the screen capture above, I've already created four Activities. So, I'll show you how an Activity is put together.

Below I've chosen to review the settings for my Watch PVR Activity. A PVR is a personal video recorder, which in this case is actually my high definition cable box and its hard disk high def recorder. For the record, the Harmony software figured out that the cable box included a hard disk recorder and knows exactly how to program the 890 to operate the cable box and recorder. This is what's so neat and easy about setting up a device with the Harmony software and its online device database.
