Right now, AMD offers 11 different Turion 64 models, which are distinguished by the maximum clock rate of their CPU cores, L2 cache sizes and maximum power consumption ratings. As included in the preceding table, the values shown derive from our extensive lab research - rather more than what you'll find on AMD's Web site where all you get is models with maximum power consumption of either 25 or 35 watts. Of course, it's possible that AMD's engineers might have been able to refine their process parameters for the Turion 64 since its launch, and are ready to produce new models with different maximum power consumption ratings of 22 to 24 watts or 32 to 34 watts.
