The player features an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display. OLEDs are self-illuminating and thus require no backlighting, which translates into correspondingly lower energy requirements. An additional bonus is that with OLEDs, obtaining an ideal viewing angle is not nearly as critical as it is with conventional LCD and LED displays. As OLEDs are extremely sensitive to oxygen, however, the display must be airtight. That shouldn't pose any great challenge for displays the size of those used with MP3 players, though.

There's also a built-in equalizer featuring "Normal", "Rock", "Jazz", "Classic" and "Pop" modes. The player comes equipped with a carrying case and two armbands for use when jogging or playing another sport, and also features an integrated stopwatch and a pedometer.
