New York (NY) - A wife’s tearful YouTube rant against her husband has earned her a divorce and eviction. 52-year-old Tricia Walsh Smith filled a six minute video with lurid details about her husband’s sex life and prenuptial agreement. The husband, Philip Smith, sued Tricia for spousal abuse for the callous nature of the videos and a New York state Supreme Court agreed.

Now, Tricia has been ordered by the judge leave the New York home by the end of the month. The judge also finalized the divorce terms.

The video has been seen more than 3.3 million times and has an average rating of three stars. Yet another case of your Internet posts coming back to bite you.

Assuming what she said is true I do not see how he successfully sued her. She has the right to say whatever she wants as long as her allegations can be proved, there would be no defamation of character.

Not to say that you won't lose the sympathy of the court by being cold hearted. I guess it is illegal to be a jerk in New York.
