1. The Major Players
Along with Christmas, the summer season represents a peak in sales for the makers of digital cameras. Their new models are already out, so now all that manufacturers can do is wait for buyers to make up their minds.
We’ve decided to test seven flagship models from current product lines: these are the cameras considered tops by today’s standards. We’ll see which brands stand out from the crowd.
Included in this review are the Canon IXUS 970 IS (same as the PowerShot SD890 IS in the U.S. market), the Casio Exilim EX-S10, the Fujifilm FinePix F1000fd, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX35, the Pentax Optio S12, the Samsung NV24HD, and the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T300.

I was surprized by the poor quality of the review. This article doesn't contain more than basic features of the cameras even less than advertized on the products websites. To list 7 models and put thei pic isn't enough for an article!! what about real life experience like photos qualities , speed, battery life, connectivity etc.
Sorry THG you r starting to loose me big time! I used to make decisions based on your reviews but with articles of this quality I can make better researches by myself!!
Hope that you will improve!! - just go and read old reviews from years 2002-2004 and stick to this format. Copy paste from product websites doesn't work!
If you really want to learn more about cameras, you should be going to dpreview.com, that is the best site for anyone interested in digital photography.
