Zune HD Twitter App Censors Swearing
Tweet away, Zune HD users but don't forget to check your potty mouth at the door!
Zune HD owners will be pleased to note that they can finally tweet from their PMPs. That's right; the Zune HD Twitter app is here. Engadget reports that the application is now live in the Marketplace. Unfortunately, it's supposedly pretty laggy and glitchy. Not surprising for a newly released application but still disappointing.
What's more interesting is that the app is censoring swear words. The photograph below shows a tweet that has been given the old star-star-star treatment in order to preserve our poor, delicate eyes from the F-word.

I wonder how sensitive the filter is. It makes me think of Phantasy Star Online back in the day. Sega had such overly sensitive wordfilters in place that words like Saturday and shoes would come up Sa****ay and s***s.
