Above the surface are the living rooms, kitchen and other common areas that demand less privacy and allow more room for stunning views while below the water are bedrooms and bathrooms naturally cooled by the water surrounding them.Built with an aluminum-clad exterior this home also features a rooftop deck that allows even more outdoor space while keeping the entire home in a minimum amount of space. This exterior loops around the home creating the floors, roof and even the shorter sides of the home, giving privacy from neighbors and allowing the windows on the longer sides to feature great views of the mainland and the seaside.
