I've played dozens of Switch games, and these are the 15 hidden gems I'd buy for under $25

Nintendo Switch 2 games are expensive, there’s no getting around it. But whether you’re playing on a new Nintendo Switch 2 or an original Nintendo Switch, you can enjoy these cheap games under $25 on either console thanks to backwards compatibility.

For fast-paced action, I’d buy NBA 2K26 or Sonic X Shadow Generations. Lego video games are great for families since they’re kid-friendly and usually offer great multiplayer gameplay options — and several Lego titles are available for under $25. Plus, Rune Factory is one of my favorite game series, so I must recommend picking up Rune Factory 3 Special for a classic cozy farming experience with RPG combat thrown in.
