Paramount+ is great for a few reasons, but the biggest reason to love the streaming service is that it has tons of must-watch movies. It's also always adding more; each month, it adds dozens of older movies to the platform in addition to the latest new releases.
So it's the perfect place for a weekend movie marathon. But what to watch first?
Lucky for you, I've got you covered. I've looked through everything new to Paramount+ in February 2026, and I've found three movies perfect for watching this weekend. There's a Brontë adaptation for those who can't make it out to a movie theater to watch "Wuthering Heights" this weekend, as well as a dark comedy horror flick you almost certainly haven't seen. Finally, I selected a 1990s coming-of-age movie with a pair of young stars who are now considered some of the best actors of their generation.
So without further ado, let's dive in. Here are the three new to Paramount+ movies you need to stream this weekend.

Malcolm has been with Tom's Guide since 2022. He watches dozens of movies every year, and his favorite Leonardo DiCaprio performance is as Frank Abagnale Jr. in "Catch Me If You Can," even if he'll admit Leo's performance as Jordan Belfort in "The Wolf of Wall Street" is probably the actor's best.
'Jane Eyre' (1996)
Genre: Romance drama
What's it about? Jane (Anna Paquin/Charlotte Gainsbourg) is a young woman whose upbringing has been less than kind. But when she's hired by Mr. Rochester (William Hurt) to work as a governess for Adèle (Josephine Serre), she's able to open up and express herself, which Rochester comes to admire. They fall in love, determined to marry, but their romance could ultimately prove to be a star-crossed one, as Rochester's mentally ill wife, Bertha (Maria Schneider), is still alive and living at the Rochester estate.
Why you should watch it: If you can't make it out to "Wuthering Heights" this weekend, this could be a satisfying consolation prize. Especially since early reviews for the Emily Brontë adaptation have been mixed. So instead, opt for this adaptation of her sister Charlotte's seminal romance novel, which still gives you a 1800s British period piece with plenty of drama.

'68 Kill' (2017)
Genre: Black comedy crime thriller
What's it about? Chip (Matthew Gray Gubler) is willing to do anything for his girlfriend, Liza (AnnaLynne McCord), including robbing her landlord. But when that robbery turns into a murder, that's finally a bridge too far, even for Chip. So when they discover a witness, Violet (Alisha Boe), they put her in the trunk of Liza's car ... which Chip promptly steals, along with the $68,000 they just stole.
Why you should watch it: If you like twisted horror movies with a sense of humor, then this unhinged thrill ride is for you. It's dark and doesn't shy away from violence, so it's not for everyone, but it'll definitely keep you on the edge of your seat.

'What's Eating Gilbert Grape' (1993)
Genre: Coming-of-age drama
What's it about? "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" stars Johnny Depp as Gilbert, a grocery store clerk in small-town Iowa. His family is a wreck following the death of his father years earlier, and in her grief, his mother (Darlene Cates) has become an obese shut-in. That leaves Gilbert to care for his mentally disabled younger brother, Arnie (Leonardo DiCaprio), while his sisters, Amy (Laura Harrington) and Ellen (Mary Kate Schellhardt), take on the other housework their mother has abandoned.
Why you should watch it: This movie is all about the performances, particularly Depp and DiCaprio, who take center stage in this film. While Depp's performance is great, it's DiCaprio who truly steals the show. It earned him his first of seven acting Oscar nominations, though he ultimately lost to Tommy Lee Jones for the latter's performance in "The Fugitive," which is admittedly tough to argue with.
