The most striking thing you will notice about the pricing is that the cost of the new platform is only marginally higher than that of the old one. Has Intel mutated into a benevolent non-profit corporation, proclaiming "better performance for all for the same money or less"? Not likely. Instead, this pricing strategy fuels speculation that Intel is interested in establishing a new platform in the market offering a host of new features that only a small minority of mobile users really needs.
