Comcast Gets 30 Days To Explain How It Administers Internet
The Federal Communications Commission on Wednesday gave Comcast Corp. 30 days to disclose how it has been managing Internet traffic, its plans for switching to a nondiscriminatory method of traffic management, and the details of the new traffic management system it plans to employ. The FCC laid out the timeline in an order regarding its Aug. 1 ruling that the Philadelphia-based cable-TV, Internet, phone and media company had interfered with its Internet customers’ right to access the content and use the applications of their choice.

That's what they get with their anti-torrenting policies. Though, I suppose this doesn't affect me, since I can't even get Cable or DSL out where I am anyway. But, yay for Comcast getting smacked to its place.
Yeah, but you can get satellite and they are the worst. Not to mention the propagation delay, which isn't their fault, it's just physics.
