Act fast! This Dual Mode gaming monitor is $200 off at Best Buy

Gaming monitors with Dual Mode are really taking off, with more and more manufacturers offering such devices. As you’d expect, these monitors can be pricey since they’re so new. Thankfully, I just found an awesome deal on an Asus dual-mode monitor that can save you hundreds of dollars.
Right now, the Asus ROG Swift 32 is on sale at Best Buy for $1,099. You’re saving $200 off with this deal, which leaves you with spare cash to buy some of the best PC games to play on this monitor. The ability to switch refresh rates is the selling point here, but this Asus gaming monitor has everything else you’d need for a great gaming experience.
The Asus ROG Swift 32 features two display modes: 4K at 240Hz for more cinematic games and 1080p at 480Hz for fast-paced online games. You also get a large 32-inch display with an OLED panel and a low 0.03ms response time. With those features for this price, this is a phenomenal gaming monitor.
You might wonder, what the heck is a “Dual Mode” monitor? With the Asus ROG Swift 32, you can swap between 4K 240Hz display mode and a faster 1080p 480Hz mode with the press of a hotkey. 4K mode gives you the best picture quality, while 1080p delivers a faster refresh rate for playing fast-paced competitive games. In this way, you get the best of both worlds.
In addition to two display modes, this Asus ROG Swift monitor has a 32-inch OLED panel and a 0.03ms response time. While IPS panels are fine for gaming, I always say it’s worth spending more to get a monitor with an OLED screen since it can deliver deeper contrasts and more vibrant colors. The low response time also ensures you won’t experience any perceptible input lag. And since this is a 32-inch monitor, it shouldn’t take up much space on your desk.
While I haven’t tested this specific monitor myself, I’m a fan of similar Dual Mode monitors like the LG UltraGear 32GS95UE-B and Alienware 27 4K Dual-Resolution Gaming Monitor. Because of that and what the Asus ROG Swift 32 has to offer, this is a deal I’d recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their gaming setup. I’m not sure how long this deal will last, so make sure you don’t miss out!
