Notice: "Ipod" is the official spelling of the name of Apple's charming multimedia player; official at least when I write about these creatures from Planet Apple. If you're one of the few on this earth who hasn't seen and gotten pissed off at my original Ipod column, which among other things explains the spelling, check it out here.

This One's For You Aaron

So I notice that Aaron McKenna snuck in a rejoinder to my "Who Designed This Crap?" Ipod column. Well, it's time to maul back as Aaron says. This one won't take too much of your time.

I went to CompUSA the other day and saw two gigantic shelves devoted to Ipod accessories. Jen Sorensen apparently went there too. Here's her take on the World's first over accessorized blob of plastic and metal. Well, maybe the Barbie doll was the first over accessorized blob of plastic and metal, but the Ipod wins on the sheer quantity and cost of Iccessories.
