7. Can I Program The Fly Myself?

You're probably wondering if you can make your own Fly application cartridges. Back in January of this year, LeapFrog announced it was setting up a third-party developer network for the Fly. The purpose of this network is to have companies develop Fly applications from start to finish. That's a real breakthrough. Up until then the company had used third-party developers only as contractors to work on its own in-house designed and managed applications.
