Prepare to face the supreme pumpkin race!

The day after Halloween usually means taking down all those spooky, kooky decorations and throwing the pumpkin in the trash. It's a shame, considering all the effort put into some of these luminous vegetables. Take this one, for instance. It's designed after Doctor Who's villainous alien cyborgs, the Daleks.

This glowing homage to the iconic pepper shaker of doom was lovingly carved by Doctor Who fan Julian. It features a glowing LED eyestalk and reportedly took over seven hours to make. Whether that build time included genetically engineering the pumpkin's guts into a cyclopean blob of hate, we'll never know. Let's just hope Julian's last name isn't Davros.
