Report: Chinese Hackers Stole Dalai Lama's Emails
More research into last year's GhostNet spy network has revealed that the Dalai Lama's email account was hacked.
Last March researchers in Canada released a report detailing a spy network called GhostNet. Penned by researchers at the Munk Center for International Studies at the University of Toronto, the report was based on a 10-month long investigation into alleged Chinese cyber-spying against Tibetan Institutions.
At the time, The Munk Center said that nearly 1,300 computers had been hacked using the malware which gives hackers the ability to extract top secret information from the compromised machines. Aside from the aforementioned nations, Iran, Indonesia, Brunei, as well as non-government organizations and the media were among the targets with a total of 103 countries affected. The report claimed that up to 30 percent of the infected hosts were considered high-value targets.
Today the Telegraph reports that the Munk Center has a new report building on the old research that sheds light on just what the hackers were looking for. "After the [GhostNet] report was published, several of the command and control servers listed went offline. However, targeted cyber attacks against Tibetan interests and various governments did not suddenly cease," the Telegraph cites the report as saying.
According to the Telegraph, the Munk Center and the Tibetan government started monitoring the hackers and managed to retrieve some of the stolen documents. The recovered documents are said to include 1,500 letters sent from the Dalai Lama's office between January and November 2009.
In addition to the theft of the Dalai Lama's emails, the report claims the hackers stole classified information about the security in several Indian states, as well as information about several Indian missile systems, including the new Shakti artillery system and the Iron Dome mobile missile defence system. Also stolen were documents regarding the movements of Nato workers in Afghanistan.
Though researchers said the hackers appeared to be based in Chengdu, China, and one member of the gang could be affiliated with the city's prestigious University of Electronic Science and Technology, the Telegraph writes that this, year, the report does not point the finger at the Chinese government.
When last year's report was released, the Chinese government denied any involvement. Insisting there was "no evidence" to back up the report’s claims, the government it was branded a propaganda campaign against China.

By examine their system, it is obviously their thousands years history cannot help they creating any new system. Their present system is copied from Jew (Karl Max), Russians, & other white.
