When will Apple Memorial Day sales begin?

Although Memorial Day falls on Monday, May 27, this year, the first crop of holiday sales is already live. Typically, retailers won't start really slashing price tags until early May, and the middle of the month often marks the biggest discounts. In fact, some of the best Apple deals we've seen in years previous have occurred the weekend right before Memorial Day, so we recommend bookmarking this page to check in closer to the long weekend.

What Apple Memorial Day sales can we expect?

This Memorial Day, we hope to see discounts on most of Apple's current lineup. While major markdowns on its newest laptops (the 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air, both powered by M3 silicon) are unlikely, we'll still be checking daily to see if other retailers will adopt or offer more than the current 7% off promotion at Amazon.

Regarding specific deals, last year, we saw the AirPods Pro 2 drop to $189. We also saw the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 drop to a then-new lowest price of around $999. We also expect to see as much as $300 off iPads again.

We anticipate Apple Watch deals to also be in solid supply. During Target's Circle Week, which runs now through April 13, we've already noted multiple deals on the Apple products, including the Series 9 (the best smartwatch yet, according to our review).

The 1/2 off deal for ATT on the 256GB iPhone is not real. Where did this source come from? I was so hopeful.
