Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra mockup shows off iPhone-like curves — here’s what we know

Samsung could be working to make the Galaxy S26 Ultra a little curvier, at least according to a recently shared mockup image from well-known leaker IceUniverse.
The image is based on leaked dimensions for the new phone, and then directly compared to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. For the most part, the two phones appear somewhat similar. However, the newer device does feature more rounded corners that appear to more closely resemble Apple’s iPhone.
This isn't the only image shared by IceUniverse, as the leaker posted a second image on X, featuring some dimensions of the phone. The leaker later posted on Chinese social network Weibo claiming the upcoming phone measures 163.4 x 77.9 x 7.9mm (6.41 x 3.06 x 0.31 inches) and will have a 6.89-inch display.
In comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm (6.41 x 3.06 x 0.32 inches).
While we can't confirm these measurements at this point, they do match other estimates made by the leaker. If they're right, then the phone will be ever so slightly bigger than the current model, while also being thinner.
What else do we know about the Galaxy S26 Ultra?
It is still early days when it comes to Galaxy S26 rumors, but that doesn't mean we haven't seen a fair few rumors about the next generation of Samsung phones. For instance, we've heard rumors that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could be the first non-folding Samsung phone to feature an under-display front camera — and thus the first to skip the hole-punch design.
However, Samsung recently retired the 4MP under-screen camera from the Galaxy Z Fold 7, so its inclusion in the next ultra phone feels unlikely.

We’ve also been hearing a lot about the possible chips coming with the next generation of Samsung phones. For the most part, we’ve been expecting Samsung to stick with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon series of chips, in this case, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2.
However, there are some indications that the company could go back to launching certain models with an Exynos 2600 chip. According to leaker Junkanlosreve, this will primarily occur in the European market.
As stated, it is still very early days S26, and we're likely to hear a fair amount of conflicting leaks and rumors in the coming months. You can keep up to date with all the latest news and rumors in our Samsung Galaxy S26 , Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra hubs.
