The entryway is often the very first thing people see when entering your home. But if, like me, you have a tiny or narrow hallway, this can quickly become an unsightly mess. In fact, my own entryway had frequently turned into a messy dumping ground for everyone's footwear, bags, and even shopping packages that were left forgotten.

And just when I thought I’d have to spend a fortune on (even more) clunky storage, I came across this cheap, organizing gem from IKEA that ticked all the boxes.

IKEA’s FLÅDIS Basket for $17 is a stunning seagrass basket that can hide all your unsightly clutter in seconds, and add a stylish touch to your entryway. Best of all, this costs less than $20, which won’t break the bank.

So if you want to keep your space organized and impress your guests, here’s why I’d snap one (or two) up right now.

With its natural texture and compact dimensions of approximately 12 x 9 x 7cm, this handwoven basket is an ideal fit for small entryways. It comes with handles to easily carry around the home and is deep enough to fit shoes, hats, and any essential items.

Why I love the FLÅDIS Baskets

I have a real weakness for practical organizing solutions that complement my interior style, and these seagrass baskets do just that.

These attractive containers keep all my items organized in seconds, serving as a stylish way to hide unsightly clutter. Another thing I love is the basket’s design versatility — you can either pull the handles upward to keep your belongings hidden or tuck them in to showcase your contents.

Plus, these are small enough to tuck in a corner or fit into a compact space — without looking out of place.

What’s more, this multipurpose storage is so versatile that you can use it to store various items in any room of your house.

Not bad for just $17, which is a bargain, and I’m tempted to buy more for every room in my home.
