Spotify Wrapped 2025 is rolling out now, but not everyone's seeing it appear in their app right away. If you've opened Spotify expecting to see your year-in-review and found nothing, you're not alone.
Sometimes Wrapped takes a bit longer to show up, depending on your region, and occasionally there are technical hiccups that prevent it from appearing at all.
Before you panic, there are a few quick fixes you can try to force it to show up. Just make sure you actually qualify first: you need to have streamed at least 30 tracks for over 30 seconds each from five different artists throughout the year. If you've hit that threshold and Wrapped still isn't appearing in your Home tab, here's what to do.
1. Make sure you're running the latest version
Wrapped won't appear if you're using an old version of Spotify. Head to your phone's app store and search for Spotify to see if there's a pending update. On iPhone, you need at least version 9.1.0, while Android requires version 9.1.0.1147 or higher. Download the update if one's available, then fully close Spotify and open it again to check if Wrapped appears.
Still nothing? Delete Spotify completely from your device and download it fresh from the app store. This sounds drastic, but your account stores everything in the cloud, so your playlists and saved songs will all come back when you sign in again. A clean installation often solves stubborn problems that updates alone can't fix.
2. Try loading Wrapped in your phone's browser
Wrapped sometimes appears on Spotify's website before it shows up in the mobile app. Open your phone's browser and navigate to Spotify.com/wrapped. Then sign into your account there. It's odd, but the browser version frequently loads Wrapped earlier than the app does.
The trade-off is you might miss some features like the shareable story cards and AI podcast option. You're basically getting the core slideshow with your stats and nothing extra. Still, if you're dying to see your results and can't wait any longer, this method gets you there.
3. Force Wrapped to load using search
When Wrapped refuses to appear anywhere in the app interface, you can bypass the normal route entirely by searching for it directly. Tap Spotify's search icon and enter spotify:datastories:wrapped in the search field. This command-style search usually pulls up Wrapped immediately, even when it's not showing up organically.
Alternatively, try typing 2025 Wrapped if the first method doesn't work. Both searches should generate a result you can tap to launch your full Wrapped experience. Hopefully, that solves the problem for you, and you can start looking back at your last 12 months of music streaming!
