SYSmark 2004 SE Performance Benchmarks Conclusions
While the X610 scores can't begin to compare with the HP Pavilion DV4000 with its 2.13 GHz CPU and 1 GB of faster RAM, it stacks up pretty well against the average of the four laptops with 1.2 GHz CPUs and 512 MB of slower RAM. Except for the communications score in the Office Productivity scenario, which is the most labile of the SYSmark 2004 SE tests, the X610 bested the four laptops by 20 or so points.
The 1.2 GHz laptops work fairly well as office/personal productivity computers. The WinBook X610's performance advantages make it an even better choice for this sort of functionality.
