SYSmark 2004 SE Performance Benchmarks Conclusions
Our SYSmark 2004 SE benchmark tests show Fujitsu's Lifebook B6110D and Toshiba's Portege R200 to be similar in performance to our reference computer, the Acer TravelMate 2304LCi. As we concluded for the Acer, the Fujitsu and Toshiba are best for running office applications.
The two laptops performed about equally on 8 of the 9 SYSmark 2004 SE tests. The Fujitsu's office productivity communications benchmark score (73) is low compared to the Toshiba's 108 and the Acer's 118. We ran the test three times and got very similar results on each run. We have asked Fujitsu for input and will post it here as soon as we hear from the company. Note that the Fujitsu bested the Toshiba in 5 of the 9 SYSmark 2004 SE tests.
