SYSmark 2004 SE Performance Benchmarks Conclusions

As we noted earlier, it appeared subjectively that Microsoft Office applications ran quite fast on the Toshiba Qosmio G25-AV513, and our SYSmark 2004 SE results backup that perception. Just watching the scripted applications run in SYSmark, we could tell that the Qosmio was going to chalk up very good scores.

The computer's overall SYSmark 2004 SE score of 154 is quite impressive. While the G25 was no slouch on the Office Productivity benchmarks, its Internet Content Creation scores are especially notable. Helped by its NVIDIA GeForce Go 6600 graphic processor, the Qosmio received an overall Internet Content Creation score of 184, as well as very high 3D and 2D Content Creation scores of 183 and 218 respectively.

This computer will make light work of office applications, and won't struggle much at all when running more demanding graphics applications. We will have more to say on that later.
