For those who must share a notebook, Village Tronic provides a profile option. Quick and easy to use, creating a profile requires only two steps. The first step involves configuring the screens and layout. The second involves setting options for the profile itself (such as where you would like a shortcut placed). So whether the resolutions are the only thing being changed, or the order in which the screens are placed is altered as well, all you need to do is select your profile to automatically restore your settings. This is particularly helpful if you have a hard time with smaller text and thus need to work at lower resolutions, while another user desires higher resolution settings.
