A good thing about the iPAQ rx3715 besides its integrated PAN and WLAN module is its very large 152 MB of memory. Of this, 96 MB is used by the FileStor, a memory area within iPAQs' flash memory for saving important data. Should this not be enough, say because you want to use the rx3715 as a mobile audio/video player, you can expand the memory using SD cards. The device does not have a slot for CF cards, however.

The SD slot is for cards with a capacity of up to 1 GB

HP employs standard QVGA resolution and a 3.5" diagonal in this model. We think a VGA display would have been particularly flattering for the device's multimedia ambitions. That feature is instead reserved for HP's $650 iPAQ hx4700 business model. At least the display of the rx3715 is still easy to read in well-lit environments.
