Prostitute Arrested For Stealing Client's MacBook
Ah, a bartering system.
Apple products are often the target of theft due to their resale value, which could be why a San Diego prostitute decided to steal a man's MacBook Pro.
Sauceray Boyd, 21, and Kandalaria Freeman, 19, were arrested after being connected to the burglary and grand theft of a $2,800 MacBook that was found inside Freeman's pink briefcase.
A man staying at a Glendale motel reported to the police that his laptop was stolen while he was at church, report the Glendale News Press.
Freeman, who told police that was a prostitute and dancer from San Diego, said that she was owed $200 for her services to the man, but he refused to pay. Freeman needed money for the train to return home to San Diego, so she stole his laptop.

When will idoits learn that they are overpaying for the exact same hardware a PC could give them? Also, If you want an OS that isn't prone to viruses and malware you could run a packaged version of Linux instead of Windows.
I just found a laptop for my mother-in-law...
It's only 4.4lbs, less than 1 inch thick and has an i5 with 4GB of ram for $699. If she ran Linux it would be just like a MAC but she wants to run Windows 7 for software compatibility reasons.
