Beneath the keyboard two mini-PCI sockets are located, allowing an easy upgrade with a Bluetooth and WLAN module. You can also see the huge CPU fans here.
There is no regular bay for the hard drives. These are installed into the system.
If you want, you can install two hard drives and create a software-based RAID. You can even install two optical drives.

The battery is not fixed by latches, but is screwed into the system. We liked the fact that these screws can be opened using a coin or something similar.

The battery charger needs to be more powerful, as you can see in comparison with Dell's Axim X30.
I guess it's pretty clear that the N9860 by Sager is more a real desktop computer than a notebook. Hence, talking about mobility would not be quite appropriate here: portability would be a better word.
Next we wanted to know if this system's performance is as hefty as its weight...
