If you turn the N9860 around, the bottom part will reveal several ventilation openings.
These two fans (right side) aren't intended to take care of the NVIDIA graphics. The huge heat pipe system underneath the two fans is used for cooling the CPU, not the GPU.
The GeForce Go 6800 is located below the small air grill, which can be seen in the upper left corner of the picture.
