There were 21.12 million subscribers of digital cable TV services as of the end of the third quarter of 2007, growing by 22.2% on quarter, according to China-based consulting company Analysys International.3.92 million CAS (conditional access system) cards were issued to new digital cable TV subscribers in the third quarter, with Beijing Novel-Tongfang Digital TV Technology being the largest supplier, Analysys indicated.
