Apple tries to take the pain out of backing up data with its new Time Capsule device. Essentially a package that combines a hard drive with an AirPort Extreme 802.11n base station, Time Capsule enables Apple users to backup data from every Mac in a household, as long as they are running Mac OS X Leopard.
Time Capsule is offered in two versions. A 500 GB model is selling for $299 while the 1 TB version goes for $499.
