2. Right Side

The right side has a hold switch, reset button and a jog switch. The hold switch locks the controls of the player so they aren't changed accidentally when you are traveling. The jog switch helps you select songs, videos and pictures to display. It rocks up and down and lets you make a selection by pressing it inwards.
Left Side

Looking at the left side, we see the AV input and output ports. With the included cables, you can connect the DVX-POD to any device that has composite AV (red, white, yellow). The other ports from left to right are for headphones, USB2 cable, and the power cord. Finally, there is a hole for the internal microphone.
Top

The top of the player has your typical video controls and the power button. The left-most button turns the LCD screen on and off.
Bottom
The bottom side has no buttons or switches as the kickstand is located there.
Software Interface

The synchronization software takes up less than 4 MB of hard drive space, and features a clean and straight-forward interface. To use it, you just select the file on the left side, select the folder you want to put it in on the right, and then click the right arrow to transfer.
The DVX-POD can also work as a "quick and dirty" external hard drive. Simply plug it into your USB port and a new drive will show up in Windows under "My Computer".
