HP And Acer Settle Patent Litigation
Acer has announced it has settled all ongoing patent litigation with Hewlett-Packard (HP). The confidential settlement agreement resolves all claims asserted in three federal court lawsuits and two United States International Trade Commission investigations between the parties.
