Dyzplastic, Google Create Android Figurines
Fan of the Android "mascot?" Now you can actually own twelve.
Android fans will finally get something "physical" to admire other than their smartphones. Google has teamed up with Dyzplastic to produce an official and approved line of 3-inch Android figures. The first batch--labeled as Series 1--will include twelve different designs that will be sold separately or in a case of sixteen.
Among the "characters" are the standard green Android, a worker, one called Hi-Voltage, and one called Reactor. Creature is a red-hot machine with a rather large mouth, whereas the Darknet Android figurine has a near-black finish, red eyes, and an embossed, vine-like design. Three are simply labeled as "????".
"Our initial stock of figures is small, at first they will be available at the online Android collectible shop (link coming soon!)," Dyzplastic said. "In a few weeks the rest will be available at select retailers. After that you'll probably have to wait a few months!"
As indicated, the sets are currently sold out. Each box of sixteen costs $112, however the individual Androids will retail for $7.25 each. The figures are packed in a blind box, so you won't know what you're getting until the Android pops out. DROOOAAAYED

Why would i want this?
Seems silly. If it was an actual bot you could control with an Android phone then it would be a lot more interesting.
