Save on some of the best sports watches available
The Garmin Black Friday sales were excellent this year, with every single watch in the brand’s line-up being discounted at some point, most to their lowest ever price.

The Forerunner 55 is Garmin's entry-level running watch and it's reduced because it's an older model. That means this isn't the most exciting discount available right now, but still a great price for a capable tracker that's perfect for beginners in particular, and its the cheapest Garmin worth buying in my book.

If you're looking for a watch to get for a new runner as a gift this holiday season, the Forerunner 165 is the one I'd buy. The Forerunner 165 is Garmin's most affordable AMOLED running watch, and I think it's worth the upgrade on the Forerunner 55 because it has a brighter display and more features. Both the standard and music model of the Forerunner 165 are reduced by $50 in the sale, so if you don't need the music storage feature you can get the cheaper watch for $199.

This was the standout deal in the Black Friday sales for me, so I'm delighted it's till available. I hoped the Forerunner 265 would drop by $100 this year, so to get a $150 saving is an incredible deal for a fantastic AMOLED multisport watch. The 265 offers insightful training analysis and accurate tracking in an attractive and lightweight design. Both sizes of the watch are included in the sale, with the 42mm model being a great option for those with thin wrists.

The Garmin Forerunner 965 is unbeatable value at $449, its lowest ever price. Its a lightweight, attractive AMOLED watch with brilliant tracking, analysis and navigation features. If you want a Garmin watch with maps in the sale, this is the pick of the bunch, and other upgrades it offers on the Forerunner 265 include longer battery life and more training analysis.

The Epix Pro has been superseded by the Fenix 8 and Fenix 8 Pro, but this mammoth saving means it still worth considering as a top AMOLED sports watch with a rugged, metallic design. It's packed with features and in the year I used the watch myself, it never let down with its accuracy. This deal is on the sapphire titanium model, which is lighter and more durable than the standard steel watch.

The Garmin Fenix 8 has dropped to its lowest ever price in the sale, and unless you need the LTE and satellite connectivity features on the Fenix 8 Pro, I actually prefer the Fenix 8 for its lightweight, slimmer design, and I've run two marathons with the watch this year. This deal is on the steel model of the Fenix 8, while the lighter titanium model is going for $849.
