As a fairly new runner, I've spent a lot of time focusing on racking up the miles, rather than looking after myself post-run. But, it didn't take me long to pay attention to what my body was telling me. Recovery is key and if I want to improve, I need to take it seriously. Fortunately, there's so many things we can do to ensure we're aiding that all-important rest.
