The Pixel 10 features a 6.3-inch Actua Display OLED (2424 x 1080) 120Hz display, Tensor G5 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Rear cameras include a 48MP (f/1.7) main, 13MP (f/2.2) ultrawide, and 10.8MP (f/3.1) telephoto. On the front there's a 10.5MP (f/2.2) lens. In our Pixel 10 review we called it a massive upgrade over the Pixel 9 gaining a telephoto camera, larger battery, and access to nearly the same set of AI features on the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL.

The Pixel 10 is a best phone contender because of how it sets the benchmark for all base flagship models. For example, its triple camera system complete with a dedicated 10.8MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom is unmatched. By comparison, the iPhone 17 doesn’t even have one.

There’s also all the new AI features that I find helpful in saving time, especially how extremely well Ask Photos works with editing images and the improved Auto Best Take feature. Another perk for the Pixel 10 is that it’s guaranteed to get 7 years of major software and security updates. This would also include Pixel Drops that Google constantly releases to add more features to the phone.
