Few carriers offer cell phone deals as impressive as Mint Mobile. What makes their deals unique is that Mint Mobile offer discounts on not just smartphones, but on data plans as well.

For example, right now Mint Mobile is offering the Galaxy S26 for $580, a price that includes a year of unlimited 5G data. Considering the phone normally retails for $899 on its own, getting the handset and a year of service for $580 is an epic steal.

Samsung Galaxy S26: was $899 now $580 at Mint Mobile

Mint Mobile is offering the Galaxy S26 for just $400. To get this deal, you'll need to prepay for a year of service, but that too is on sale. You can get 12 months of unlimited 5G data for $180. Combined, you can get the Galaxy S26 with a year of service for just $580. The Galaxy S26 features a 6.3-inch 2340 x 1080 AMOLED display w/ 120Hz refresh, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. You also get a 50MP wide, 12MP Ultrawide, 10MP 3x telephoto lens and a 12MP front camera. In our Samsung Galaxy S26 review, we said it offers a well-rounded package, especially when you can find it on sale.

What's great about this deal — aside from the fact that you get a phone and 12 months of service for less than $600 — is that it doesn't require a trade-in. However, if you have a phone to trade in you can shave an extra $400 off.

This deal is a great way to counter the $100 price hike Samsung gave its Galaxy S26. In our Galaxy S26 review, we noted how the software plays a substantial role in its value. For example, new Agentic AI features like Now Nudge show how proactive the AI is when recommending actions based on what you're doing with the phone.

Soon after launch, Samsung released an update featuring one of the most ambitious AI tools we've encountered: Gemini’s new task automation. It improves upon the Cross App Actions feature of the previous Galaxy S25 by extending it to third-party apps. It’s remarkable how the AI performed every necessary step to place a Dunkin' order through DoorDash.

If that's not enough, the display has grown to a larger 6.3-inch AMOLED that is also brighter than the previous model. Other upgrades, like the camera’s horizon lock and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 performance, add to the phone's overall value.
