The Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Specials are now underway – much to the delight of Whovians everyone. Episode 2 of the trilogy, a space romp entitled Wild Blue Yonder, airs tonight, so grab your sonic screwdriver and prepare for lift off!

Episode 1, The Star Beast, saw David Tennant return as the Doctor, only with this being the 14th Doctor rather than Tennant's usual 10th. Also back is Catherine Tate's Donna Noble, who's joined by husband Shaun and daughter Rose.

The conclusion of that first episode saw Donna's memories restored, the meta-crisis energy shared with Rose, and Donna and the Doctor embark on one final TARDIS adventure.

So, what can we expect from episode 2, Wild Blue Yonder? It's been kept under wraps but we do know that 'Fourteen' and his sidekick end up in space and that according to showrunner Russell T Davies, it will be "scary" stuff.

The three episodes of Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Specials will be available in the UK on BBC iPlayer, with the first episode available now. It's totally FREE to view, provided you have a TV license of course.

All three episodes also air on BBC One at 6.30pm UK for three consecutive Saturday evenings - The Star Beast aired on November 25, while Wild Blue Yonder arrives tonight and The Giggle follows on December 9.
