A Racing Simulator For Your Mansion

Required budget to play: $33,400

Want to enjoy the life of a top-level race driver, with the accompanying luxury lifestyle? Well, if you didn't bother to start racing before your teens, it's now too late. But if you earn as much as these drivers, then the Pacesetter 8327 Grand Prix is for you!

This racing simulator is the demon-child of a fake F1 car, a three-display setup, and some high-power electronics. 3 displays in front provide a 180-view of the virtual racetrack, while drivings controls are molded to reflect their real-life counterparts. The machine also relies on 3D sound and low-frequency vibrations to add to the authenticity, and stores 40 well-known raceways in its database.

If paying over 340 Benjamins sounds a bit too much, lower-end models are available for $25,900 and $21,200 respectively. To be honest though, with computer hardware relatively cheap as it is, shouldn't it be possible to replicate the entire setup for half or even a quarter of the price?

Those with money to burn can head over to racingsimulators.com for more details and ordering information. Hot racing chicks are definitely not included.
