While we love all our electronic gadgets, they all slowly but surely find their way into our electricity bills. But in the ever-growing quest for efficiency, we're looking for ways to cut down on power draw, hopefully saving both the earth and leaving some spare cash in our wallets too.
We took a good look at power consumption with our gadgets, and now we're having a contest. First, go check out our Tom's Guide Power Challenge article.
Here are our terms of the contest:
· The Tom’s Guide Power Challenge Contest (April 28, 2010 - May 5, 2010)
· There will be three prizes
o First Prize: One ASUS 1201N Netbook, One P4400 Kill-A-Watt power monitor, Two Belkin Conserve Strips
o Second Prize: Two Belkin Conserve Strips
o Third Prize: One Belkin Conserve Strip.

· Contest is limited to residents of the USA (Excluding R.I.) 18 years of age and older. Contest starts on April 28, 2010 12:01 am, Pacific Daylight Time and closes on May 5, 2010 11:59 PM, Pacific Daylight Time.
· Results will be announced by May 12, 2010.
· The information you provide will only be used to contact you if you win, unless you agree below to give your valuable feedback on products and services. In that case, we will only use your email address to send you invitations to provide feedback.
· YOU MAY SUBMIT ONLY ONE ENTRY. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME PERSON WILL ALL BE DISCARDED.

Don't worry, the power consumption issue is only going to be popular until ATI needs to move over to a larger nm chip for its next generation GPU.
