Nanya, Inotera, And Qimonda Seeking Solutions To Avoid Harming Each Other
With market sources indicating Nanya Technology is expected to transfer its share of its joint venture Inotera Memories to partner Qimonda, Nanya spokesperson Pei-lin Pai said Inotera still plays a major role in Nanya’s total capacity, and the three companies are active in seeking solutions so as not to harm each other. Nanya has DRAM capacity of around 60,000 wafers manufactured at Inotera’s 12" fab.
