An uncertain economic future in the US market may begin affecting some players in the flat-panel TV market, with Syntax-Brillian, which markets Olevia-branded TVs, being one vendor facing financial uncertainty.According to industry sources, some players in the US retail channels such as Circuit City and K-Mart have looked to extend their payment terms to LCD TV vendors from a two-month period to a 3-4 month period, resulting in some smaller vendors facing liquidity problems.
