3D Studio Max 8

A 3d Studio MAX render is a great way to compare real-world wait times. The E6800 in the Eurocom notebook does the job in 1:19 and the E6400 in the M-Tech does it in 1:48. This is a sizable difference, to be sure.

PC mark shows a clean sweep by the more powerful Eurocom notebook. It is interesting that the memory benchmark was the only close call, and that the Eurocom system is running its memory at 667 MHz compared to the M-Tech’s 800 MHz memory speed.
