5. Assembly

After working with the MEGA 180 for a while, I began to see why SFF builds are challenging. Every inch of space was used in the case. Also due to the extreme space limitations, I found that the parts that went into the MEGA 180 had to be installed in the following order:

The cabling The primary hard drive caddy The hard drive The memory card reader (which is partially supported by the primary hard drive caddy) The front bezel (which went over the memory card reader) The CPU and cooler The optical drive, video card and memory

I had to take the whole thing apart several times before I got everything installed in the correct order. As I said before, pictures speak louder than words so here is a pictorial essay of the build.
