7. More BeyondTV SE Features

Figure 10 shows the program search screen of Beyond TV. As with all of these types of screens, trying to enter alphanumerics with a remote is a bit awkward, but it's workable.

Figure 11 shows the main program guide of Beyond TV after selection of a program. Note the red "sorting" message at the top of the screen. This is an indication that the program guide data is being updated in the background. When this occurred I noticed that my CPU would spike up to 100% for about 20 minutes at a time, making other operations very sluggish.

Figure 12 shows a live video stream paused. Controls were available for pausing, recording, skipping back, skipping forward, and so on.
