Dishonored Game of the Year edition will be made available in a month's time.

Missed out on Arkane's stealth-action game Dishonored when it first came out? Not to worry, Bethesda's got you covered with the Game of the Year (GOTY) edition of the game.

Dishonored GOTY will feature the game along with all of its released downloadable content. This includes The Knife of Dunwall, The Brigmore Witches, Dunwall City Trials, and Void Walker's Arsenal. Besides the digital content, the GOTY edition will also come included with a double-sided poster.

Thankfully, unlike most GOTY editions, which are priced at full game retail value ($60), Dishonored GOTY edition will only cost about $40. The bundle will be made available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on October 8.

Games are at the point now, where I wait until the GOTY edition to pick it up, just to not feel like I got punished for buy the game and its DLC individually.

for a single player game, there is NO reason NOT to wait for a goty edition. at least with multiplayer games, you can decide whether missing the mad rush of available online players will be worth it. but with single player games, might as well wait it out. with so many games available, it's hard to believe you won't have something to play

What a boring game. If I didn't get it dirt cheap I never would have bought it. Three hours in and my third time having to go to the exact same area I just couldn't play any more.

I think that only games that win an award during the year should be allowed to carry the GOTY moniker.

I'm sure Steam will eventually make an offer I can't refuse. I hope they fixed the PC graphics though, seemed so bad at launch.

Didn't you hear that Bethesda won a participation ribbon with Dishonored?
