Pretty in pink?
When the DSi launched earlier this year, it arrived in different parts of the world in different colors. North America had the staple black and rather Smurf-ish blue. And in less than two weeks, two new colors will be joining the fleet.

On September 13, consumers will be able to find new Nintendo DSi handhelds in white or pink, bringing to the total color count for the portable in North America to four. As with the existing two SKUs, the new DSi will retail for $169.99.

Colors? I guess the kids would like that. I prefer classic black. It's soooo sexy!
Well, if you don't want people to steal your DSi, buy a pink one.
Colors won't make me buy one, I won't buy one because it is uncomfortable to play for any length of time IMHO. I would really like to see a more ergonomically oriented model and then maybe I'd get one.
